Our platform employs an automated anti-cheat system that monitors for suspicious activities. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. Examples of activities that trigger our anti-cheat system include:

Creating excessive endpoints in a short time period
Attempting to bypass verification systems or ad requirements
Using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
Ban evasion (creating new accounts after being banned)

3.3 Account Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Ban durations may range from 2 days to permanent, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

4. IP Tracking and Data Collection

4.1 Data Collection

When you use our Services, we collect and store various information, including:

IP addresses (yours and those accessed through our endpoints)
Session information and browsing activity
User identifiers and related metadata
Service usage statistics

You will not use this information for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Payment Terms

Before filing any payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact our support team and make a good-faith effort to resolve any issues. Filing a payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us and allowing us 24 hours constitutes a violation of these Terms.

7.6 False Claims

Submitting false information, fabricated evidence, or misrepresentations in connection with refund requests, disputes, or chargebacks is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent claims, including but not limited to reporting to fraud prevention agencies and seeking damages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services.

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

9.3 Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Specifically, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Submission of false or fabricated evidence
Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
Misrepresenting product functionality or support interactions
Any form of payment fraud or attempted fraud

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Dispute Evidence and Resolution

14.2 Bad Faith Disputes

Filing payment disputes or chargebacks in bad faith (including but not limited to filing disputes after successfully accessing the service, submitting fabricated evidence, or misrepresenting product functionality) constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

14.3 Resolution Costs

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback that is ultimately found to be without merit, you agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in responding to such dispute, including but not limited to administrative time, legal fees, and processing charges.

14.4 Multiple Accounts

Using multiple accounts or identities to circumvent our dispute or refund policies is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
